* For IEEE, IEICE, IEEJ, and ThaiBME members, authors must show original membership card at the registration desk. If not, augmented fee must be paid for late registration.
* The authors attending BMEiCON2021 can register using the membership rate.
* Thai Baht rate is only for Thailand residential authors.

* Online registration means authors join conference remotely from their country without coming to Thailand.
* Paper presented by either online or onsite presentation will be indexed by IEEE explore.
‡ A registration fee must be paid in THB (Thai Baht) for Thai participants. A registration fee must be paid in USD (US Dollar) for foreign participants. Register at registration desk on conference date will be in Thai baht only.
NOTE 1: In principle, one regular registration covers only one paper. At least one of the authors must make an advanced registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline (October 22, 2022) in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference. On-site regular registration covers conference materials, breaks, conference welcome party, conference banquet and Reseach Networking Event (including one-night double-room accommodation on Lipe Island).
Late or On-site Registration for conference participants applies after October 22, 2022. All of the conference participants should complete the registration.
NOTE 2: Additional accepted papers whose first author is a full-time student (a student who enrolled for degrees or diplomas with university or academic institution) may be eligible for the Student registration rates if there is at least one accepted paper already registered as Regular by the same group of authors or adviser. The Student registration is limited up to two registered papers for one Regular registration.
Student status must attach official student ID card upon registration and present ID at the conference registration desk. The Student registration fee covers only the conference materials, breaks , conference welcome party, conference banquet and access to all sessions excluding Research Networking Event.
NOTE 3: The conference fee for non-authors (Listener) is USD 150 (5,250 Thai Baht). This non-author fee covers only the conference materials, banquet, and access to all sessions (except RNE). Research networking event (Koh Lipe Excursion ) ticket costs 4500 Thai Baht.
Without correct registration, the paper may not be included in IEEE explore
Case example of one paper one regular and one regular covers two:
If only one paper is submitted, registration must be regular registration
if two papers are submitted, registration will be one regular and one student registration
if three papers are submitted, registration will be one regular and two student registrations.
if four papers are submitted, registration will be two regular and two student registrations.
