The 18th Biomedical Engineering International Conference(BMEiCON2026) is intended to provide an international forum where researchers, practitioners, and professionals interested in the advances in, and applications of, biomedical engineering can exchange the latest research, results, and ideas in these areas through presentation and discussion. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Explore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirement the IEEE logo. The BMEiCON2026 will be held in Fukuoka, Japan on October 10–13, 2026. Fukuoka, the largest city on Japan’s Kyushu Island, is a vibrant blend of modern life and rich tradition. Known for its friendly atmosphere, beautiful parks, and coastal scenery, it serves as both a cultural and economic hub of southern Japan. The city is famous for its delicious Hakata ramen, lively street food stalls called yatai, and dynamic festivals like the Hakata Gion Yamakasa. With its mix of bustling shopping districts, historic temples, and easy access to beaches and mountains, Fukuoka offers a perfect balance between urban energy and natural charm.
The organizing committee is pleased to invite all researchers, engineers, physicians, scientists, technicians, and technologists to attend and help shaping the future of biomedical engineering. The topics for regular sessions include, but are not limited to, the followings:

Submission of Papers
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers including figures, tables, and references via our website at www.bmeicon.org/bmeicon2026. All papers will be peer reviewed and handled electronically. All papers submitted must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for publication elsewhere at any time during the review period.
